About Velnova

Velnova is a UK venture building the neutral, AI-powered marketplace for hydraulic parts. We started it because identifying and sourcing hydraulic components is still slow, manual and error-prone — and no one had built the marketplace the industry actually needs.

What we do

Snap a few photos of any hydraulic part and our vision-language model extracts every readable spec — bore, rod, stroke, displacement, pressure rating, port thread, mounting. Sellers list in seconds. Buyers find a match by what the part does, not by a SKU they don't have.

For distributors

The same verified matching can sit behind a distributor's own webshop search: a customer types another maker's or a legacy part number and is shown the equivalent that distributor lists, with the source of the match shown. Nothing else appears, and the distributor's data stays the distributor's.

Who's building it

Velnova was founded in London by Erhan Soydan, who has spent more than ten years supplying hydraulic components to OEMs and distributors across Europe. We know the taxonomy, the supplier network and the trust signals the sector runs on.
