This notice explains what personal data Velnova collects through this website and how we handle it. It is written to be straightforward and is aligned with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Velnova Group Ltd (to be incorporated in the United Kingdom in Q3 2026) is the data controller.

What we collect

If you join the early-access waitlist, we collect the email address you enter and the role you optionally select (for example, "Seller / distributor" or "Investor"). We collect nothing else through the form. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Analytics

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless service that records aggregate, anonymous usage (such as page views and which buttons are clicked). It does not collect personal data or build a profile of you, which is why this site shows no cookie banner.

Why we hold it and for how long

We use your email solely to contact you about Velnova early access. The lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. We keep the data until you ask us to delete it, or until we close the waitlist programme, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Email hello@velnova.ai and we will action it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
